Yesterday I went to see Up.
It was absolutely magically animated.
I loved the Pixar short ‘Partly Cloudy’ before it, it was too cute. It’s probably my favourite short now, although I have never laughed as hard as ‘Presto’, and ‘For the Birds’ is still dear to my heart.
I love Dug. Actually all the characters are all pretty fab.
Up again has some pretty mature themes in the under tones, just like most Pixar films, especially lately. I almost cried like 10 times during the film. Had I been by myself and not in a giant theatre, there would have been full fledged water works.
Go see it if you haven’t already!
It’s definitely one of Pixar’s best, even though Pixar is basically un-beatable when it comes to animated films.
